When seeking the support of therapy, it is important to find the type of therapy that feels comfortable for you. I provide integrative psychotherapy which strengthens the client's connection to their authentic self by listening to their mind, body, and emotion. This wholistic style incorporates several approaches including Psychodynamic, Object Relations, Cognitive Behavioral, and Somatic Therapy.

As human beings, we all fall out of balance at times. The key is learning the skill to get back in balance without judging yourself along the way. When personal challenges come into one's life, I believe it is for the purpose of growth, and to gain mastery over limited beliefs and patterns of the past. I specialize in helping people learn insights and tools for managing life experiences and relationships in the present. I have enjoyed teaching classes and seminars on "Self-Care Awareness in Relationships" to healthcare practitioners as well as to the community for over 20 years.

With sensitivity, compassion and humor I guide clients to develop their healthy sense of self, well-being, and the joy they deserve in life.
